Is it Really Snowing in Atlanta?

I can even turn snow into Balls

Wow!
I even have the perfect shoes for Today

Snow day with Mommy
Today, Jackson was able to experience his first snow. After he woke up from his nap, we all got dressed and went outside. Once he got outside, All he could say was "Wow" and "Oh"! At first he was scared to walk on the snow and then he quicky learned that you can turn snow into balls. We had fun throwing snow balls at dadda. Jackson has proven that he is ready for our next ski trip!

Saturday Night with the Kelly's

My laptop is faster than yours!
Come give me a hug

If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands!

Last Saturday Night, the Kelly's came over for dinner and the boys had a wonderful time playing. Lands is 7 1/2 months old and this was the first time that Jackson & Lands could REALLY play together. They enjoyed singing and played with their toys, balls and even their computers. We can't decide if they are going to be athletes or computer nerds. We obviously know what the dads are voting for!

My Big Boy Chair

Night Night Time with my Monkey
Lexie, move over! You are stealing the chair

Me and My Lexie Girl!

Jackson has enjoyed his new chair since we moved it into the living room. He enjoys watching his "Pooh & Elmo" shows at night in his big boy chair. Lexie even enjoys sitting in the chair with him. They both fight for more space in the chair. As we all know, Lexie always wins!

Baby It's Cold Outside!

I have my Daddy's Football Pose down!
So So Cold outside

I still love to walk my lexie girl!
Jackson still enjoys the outdoors even with the brutally cold weather. He bundles up in his warm coat and hat. He enjoys walking lexie & playing with his 4wheeler afternoon.

I love my Christmas Toys & Walking Lexie!

Big Boys walk their dog!
What a big help I am!
Watch out for the doggie droppings!

Learning how to drive the 4-wheeler!

Christmas at the Cox House was wonderful. Jackson truly enjoyed seeing what Santa brought him. Since he was such a good boy, Santa brought him lots of goodies. His favorite items were talking elmo, a drum set, a tractor set and his pooh laptop. Now he can work side by side with his daddy at night. The morning started with a visit from Pops, Grandma Jo, Adam, Matt and Mallori. Then we went to SuSu and Granddaddy's house for lunch and more presents from Santa. The day was beautiful so he was able to ride his 4wheeler and play golf with Uncle James and Chris. After lunch, we headed over to Honey and Poppy's house. Again, there was a tree full of gifts for Jackson. What a lucky boy! The last stop of the day was Aunt Susan and Uncle Mike's. There he was able to play with his favorite cousins and watch them play their new Wii games. Santa and the Christmas holiday was very good to the Cox Family!

Honey's Christmas Card Attempt!

First Attempt, not going so well!
Jackson decided that he wanted to yell & jump from the couch

Getting Better!

Smiles

Finally we got it!!

Honey was blessed with babysitting all of her favorite Boys last Saturday! While she had all of them together, she attempted to get some great shots of the boys for her Christmas card. As you can see, this proved to be a LARGE task.

Thanksgiving Weekend

Are we done yet with pictures?

I am a big boy now... riding my bike!

The Cox Family had a busy Thanksgiving Weekend, that started with Three Turkey Meals on Thanksgiving Day. The day started with lunch at Su Su's. Jackson was able to play with his friend Charlie and ride his tricycle. Then we were off to visit The Smith Family at Uncle Keith & Aunt Lori's. Our last stop of the day was to the Honey & Poppy Cox, where we were able to celebrate Poppy's 65th birthday and play with our cousins, Hunter and Cole.

Pony Ride

"Giddy Up"
On Saturday, The Cox Family joined up with the Kirkland Family at Dunwoody United Methodist Church for their annual Winter Festival. The boys enjoyed the playground & would not leave until we spotted the pony rides! Jackson enjoyed yelling "Dog" at the pony; while Walker was smart enough to "Neigh" to the pony. Then we attempted to actually ride the pony. Walker lasted just enough to snap one picture. Jackson actually enjoyed riding, maybe it was his cowboy boots though that got him in the mood. I hope that you enjoy our fun pictures!

Happy Halloween

My Halloween would not be complete without a quick round of golf!
Trick or Treat!
Me and my friend Lands!  Aren't we cute lions?
"Roar"

Jackson's Halloween activities started off with a parade at school.  He was suppose to be a "Cowardly Lion", instead he was a brave lion that loved to march around in his costume.  Then Su Su joined us for lunch with all of his other classmates and parents.  In the afternoon, we went to Walker's house to take some pictures.  His friend Walker was a Dog, so we loved that costume!  Our fun day ended with Halloween festivities at Su Su's house.  The neighborhood was filled with children and a cul-da-sac party.  Granddaddy Sam took him parading around to all the house with get good candy and show our lion off!

Friday Night with the Kirklands!

This Friday evening, we had the Kirkland family over for dinner. The boys had a fun time playing with their toys & riding around in trucks. Walker and Jackson are three days apart and the bestest of friends. Before bed, they had a great time playing with bubbles and tugboats in the bath. What cute "Buns" they have!! Next play date will hopefully be with clothes on.

Our very own Model!

In April, Jackson was asked to be a model for Parent's magazine's Pregnancy & Newborn October issue. He and some other adorable children dressed up to model halloween costumes. Jackson was a Hedgehog and a Turtle. Due to his love for posing for the camera, he loved all the lights, flashing and attention that he recieved. The issue comes out in early October.

1st Game of the Season!

The first game of the year fell while we were at the beach for Labor Day Weekend. The day started by Jackson waking up to Greg singing "Glory to ole GA". Jackson was excited to finally fit into his personalized #7 jersey given to him by his uncle Adam. During the game, Jackson munched on pigs in a blanket and cheese dip. At half time, he went outside to throw the football with his daddy, granddaddy & friends. What a great day to start off our winning season! Go DAWGS!
